For example, My study/work desk was once cluttered with extra bulk of pens, sticky notes, note pads and random text books. Once i decluttered all those unnecessary possessions off my desk not only did it simplify my life but also improved my productivity and concentration level. Moral of the story is that excessive physical possessions at any part of your house and in life can be minimised instantly through simple decluttering process to instantly simplify your life.

2. DIGITAL CLUTTER

As we are all spending more and more time on our devices online, digital clutter is definitely something that can dramatically pile up over time and become overwhelming. Whether it is all those unorganised files on your desktop, never used apps on your mobile or uncontrollable amount of newsletters on your email account, by decluttering and minimising your digital files you can instantly simplify your life. Spend some time and go through all your devices to delete unused apps and files. It will definitely help you in the long run to find important things faster and keep you more organised.

Plan ahead your meals to avoid excessive food consumptions and spending under short notice.
