I didn't used to be a morning person. Infact, i used to dread mornings. However, i soon realised that i am indeed one of those people that are more productive in the morning. Upon realising that, i decided to seriously set myself up with a solid morning routine and ritual to get a good start to my day on a consistent level to be the most efficient in my life. I have listed below 5 things you need to get right in order to establish and effective morning routine and transform yourself in to becoming a morning person.

5 EFFECTIVE ROUTINES FOR BECOMING A MORNING PERSON:

1. SLEEP RIGHT

In order to effectively wake up early with more energy, the obvious solution is to firstly aiming to get enough sleep. Lack of sleep causes both mental and psychical impact as sleep deprivation can lead to various form of issues such as increase in your blood pressure, slow down your reaction times and also lead to more food consumption.   • MONITOR FOOD INTAKE

Well, this ends the list of my 5 suggested tips on how you can become a morning person. It is important to understand that you do not have to implement all of the mentioned tips all at same time. It is about slowly incorporating positive and productive changes to your life until it eventually becomes a habit.
